Coles Catering was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1988. Carl and Toni Coles, one an expert baker and cook, the other an expert cook and food service director, decided then to put their love for preparing food into a business enterprise. In the many years since that humble beginning, they have offered their catering services on a part-time basis. Now they're "taking it up a notch", and focusing on their catering business full-time.
Between the two of them, Carl and Toni have nearly 40 years of restaurant, foodservice, and catering experience. They are adamant about offering the highest quality food product, service, and pricing that most anyone, especially "everyday people" can afford.
"Owning our own business and helping people to create happy, memorable events is a dream come true for us," says Toni (she's the talkative one). "Carl and I want each of our clients to enjoy an exceptional experience with Coles Catering. This is a labor of love for us, and it is our endeavor not simply to provide a one-time service, but to build lasting relationships with our clientele. That can only be accomplished by offering people a service that includes quality as well as value."
